At Web, we practice a philosophy of preventative maintenance that starts at the point of installation and continues on with our proprietary vent and drain cleaning practices.

As needed, Web service technicians thoroughly clean dryer vents and washer drains to clear any build up. With vent cleaning, the process involves unhooking the pipe from the back of the dryer, running a cable with a brush to clean the pipe, using a 225 mph blower to remove lint from the vent assembly, reassembling the pipe and testing for improved operation. For drain cleaning it is a similar process. Skilled Web technicians remove the drain hose and run a power snake through it up to about 20 feet to thoroughly clean the drain.
